Bernadette Jones SPHR, SHRM-SCPHR Business Partner and Co-Founder
Bernadette Jones is a co-founder of Visionova HR Consulting. She provides human resource management and consulting services to nonprofits and for-profit organizations. Bernadette has extensive experience across the nonprofit sector, working with organizations in the areas of health, education, arts, small business development and public works. She works directly with nonprofit, philanthropic and for-profit organizations to provide interim HR leadership, day to day consulting and support.

Through her 20 plus years of human resource leadership experience, Bernadette supports her client’s vision with “Culture Focused” HR strategies on diversity and inclusion, board-staff relations, crisis management, workplace mediation and conflict resolution, executive coaching, and performance management.

A respected and engaging trainer, Bernadette has developed, and facilitated workshops and seminars on California mandated anti-bullying and sexual harassment training, communication, effective supervision and employee engagement.

Muskie Jones, Co-Founder
Muskie Jones, Co-Founder and Director of HR Services
Muskie Jones is Co-Founder of Visionova HR Consulting and Director of HR Services who brings more than 25 years entrepreneurial and management experience to Visionova. He is the former owner and Co-Founder of ESK, Easy Survival Kits and JCI, Just Clean It Inc. He has a diverse background in business management including strategic planning, contract negotiations, training and customer relationship management. His hands-on business experience comes with an objective mindset, organizational leadership, and vision.

As a Director of HR Services, he supports his clients by helping them to align their business objectives with their mission and values. He serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues such as employee relations, culture-reset, workplace investigations and strategic planning. He helps his clients assess and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates these needs proactively with business leadership.
