Bernadette Jones is a Co-Founder of Visionova HR Consulting and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). With over two decades of leadership experience, she serves as a strategic HR business partner to nonprofits, forward-thinking businesses and philanthropic foundations. Bernadette is not just an HR consultant; she is a trusted advisor who helps organizations navigate the complex intersection of compliance, culture, and human potential.

Bernadette specializes in “Culture-First” HR strategies. She moves beyond basic day-to-day support to guide executive teams through high-stakes challenges, including crisis management, board-staff relations, diversity equity, and inclusion, and workplace mediation. Her expertise spans a diverse organizational landscape, serving mission-driven sectors like health, education, and the arts, along side dynamic commercial industries including construction, retail, and professional services. A respected and dynamic facilitator, Bernadette is known for translating difficult HR concepts into engaging, actionable learning experiences. She has developed highly sought-after trainings and workshops on California-mandated anti-harassment training, effective supervision, and employee engagement.

Muskie Jones brings a quarter-century of business management and ownership experience to his role as Co-Founder of Visionova HR Consulting. Before launching Visionova, Muskie established himself as a versatile leader as the founder and owner of multiple successful ventures, including ESK (Easy Survival Kits) and JCI (Just Clean It Inc.).

At Visionova, Muskie leads Business Development and Operations, applying his deep expertise in contract negotiation, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. He combines an objective, analytical mindset with organizational leadership to drive the firm’s growth. His primary focus is building the operational frameworks that allow Visionova’s HR experts to deliver top-tier service to their clients.
